We'll start our adventure with a day of climbing at the ocean's edge on the famous Otter Cliffs of Acadia National Park. Our trip will move onto the water with a three-day sea kayak expedition among the coastal islands of Maine. Getting off the water, we will head to the northwest corner of Maine to tackle Mount Katahdin, the state's highest peak (5,267 feet!). Baxter Park will be our playground for five days and nights. This amazing park is home to some of the most pristine forestland and wildlife habitats in the country. The final journey of our trip will be a whitewater rafting trip down the famous Kennebec River! Class III and IV rapids will challenge us as we make our way past the beautiful shoreline.
